The kid upstairs from me is screaming like an A-HOLE. i really dont know how they put up with him. I can hear him from in my living room and i am pretty sure he's all the way on the second floor of his apt... (fourth for the house). It's ridiculous. If he was mine i would have banged his head against the wall. (so not allowed to spawn children).
There is a member of the family on the porch talking to another saying "oh can you hear him scream?" like its a suprise that he is screaming!?!?!? really? really?
HE DOES IT ALL THE TIME.... when he's not stomping all over the floor like a 300 lb person.

man, oh man, I don't miss that little jerk. Everything he says is in an annoying whine, too. grrrr
ooooops i was counting the bedroom in this apt as a floor. HA. slow.
